Recently, a downtown renaissance has ensued with the additions of Seaport Village, Horton Plaza, our bay front convention center, the Manchester Grand Hyatt, and Petco Park (home of the Padres). Old Police Headquarters is now open to the public with its eclectic shops and restaurants such as Season’s 52, which is only a block away from the Cracker Factory. Future redevelopments in the area include four super blocks at the Navy Broadway complex which will greatly expand the amenities in the Marina District.
